Prague (Czech Republic)

Prague, the capital and largest city of the Czech Republic, has a population of around 1.4 million and attracts hundreds of thousands of daily commuters. The city has embraced an open market for shared micromobility services.
In 2025, Prague will issue an open-house contract allowing providers to operate public bike-sharing services. However, unlike bicycles, e-scooters will not be supported within the city’s framework.
Currently, Prague has two bike-sharing operators, NextBike and Rekola, as well as two e-scooter providers, Bolt and Lime.
